Found this NYT article on technology. Simple and to the point and some great suggestions. http://goo.gl/qgcRu Also learned that Google has their own URL shortener today. Go to http://goo.gl to use it. Simply and slick. Even provides QR codes. The only thing it does not do that bit.ly does is allow for a custom shortened URL
