International Assignment – Manila, Philippines: Thomson Reuters (2011)
-Established a support center for global operations serving Thomson Reuters worldwide customer base. Trained individuals on global financial markets to support institutional and individual clients.
-Responsible for training individuals for all data within the Reuters Station Desktop Suite: exchange traded, OTC, index instruments and analytical, charting, news and reference data.
-Upon completion of training in November 2011, global first level support for Reuters Station was fully transferred to Manila.

- Monitored real-time global exchange feeds on the Bridge Distribution Network, identified irregularities and problems at the exchange and Thomson Reuters level, and initiated recovery.
